Large residential rental project planned for Queen Creek

A $65 million residential project is planned in Queen Creek near the Pinal County line.
GTIS Partners LP, a real asset investment and development firm based in New York, has announced closing on Queen Creek Common. The project will be developed in-house by GTIS with Sonoma Communities, a Phoenix-based developer, serving as its co-developer. The project is estimated to have a budget of approximately $65 million.
According to a press release, the Queen Creek submarket is one of the most affluent in the area, with median household incomes of $83,000 compared to the median of $58,000 across the wider Phoenix area.
