Heritage Square PADS sell for $1.9M in Queen Creek to build Veterinary Hospital

Some of the most intriguing commercial real estate deals are the ones that are seamlessly processed and closed within a short time. This is one of those deals. The Queen Creek community will have something to look forward to once the new veterinary hospital has been constructed.
The two parcels of land at Heritage Square were recently purchased for a little over $1,933,000 off Ellsworth & Rittenhouse Roads.
The sellers, Wadsworth Development out of Salt Lake City, sold to the National Veterinary Association. The new owners will begin constructing a new veterinary hospital for the local Queen Creek community. Director of Retail Leasing & Investment Sales, Rommie Mojahed and Eddie Gonzalez represented the seller in the transaction.
