ROX GROUP & Associates acquie Casa Grande Rent-A-Can
[NEWS RELEASE] ROX GROUP (ROX) this week announced the purchase of Rent-A-Can (RAC or Rent A Can) by ROX SERVICES LLC of Casa Grande. RAC was a family owned and operated portable toilet, handwashing, shower and sink rental company; RAC adds to a group of other service-related businesses under the ROX Group umbrella.
Rent A Can is the No. 1 leader in providing high quality portable toilets and service in Pinal and lower Maricopa counties for events, construction sites, weddings and disaster relief. What started as a sewer and drain service by Lonnie Hall in southern Maricopa County in 1948 expanded to a full service portable toilet rental service in Pinal County for the next generation led by Harold (Rick) Hall, Lonnie’s son.
Current principals Rick and Darlene Hall are retiring from this aspect of their family businesses. They will stay on temporarily to provide support for the acquisition. Employees of Rent A Can will continue seamlessly through the transition of ownership.
