Traffic signal at Florence-Peart intersection to be adjusted

Residents can hope to see less traffic congestion after the city announced that it will adjust the traffic signal at the Florence Boulevard and Peart Road intersection.
According to a press release, a growing number of vehicle crashes and more traffic congestion have occurred near the eastbound left-turn lane at Florence Boulevard and Peart.
After studying the incidents, the city will adjust the traffic signal timing and cycling to help reduce accidents and increase flow at the intersection.
