‘Home Rule’ to appear on primary election ballot

Proposition 425, or “Home Rule Option,” will be on the Aug. 28 primary election ballot.

Every four years, Eloy citizens vote on if they want to renew the Home Rule Option. If passed, citizens and the City Council continue to establish an annual budget based on available revenues at the local level.
