Promenade offering free rent to new restaurant tenants

In an effort to fill empty restaurant spaces, the Promenade of Casa Grande is offering one year of free rent to prospective tenants.
A representative of Lamar Companies, which took ownership of the mall last month, told PinalCentral in an email that it’s offering a one-time deal of free rent for two of the property’s restaurant spaces.
After one year, Lamar says it will enter into a long-term lease with the tenant. But the tenant still has the chance to walk away after the first year. The tenant would be responsible for paying utilities.
