City Council glimpses conceptual design for police department

Council members and Mayor Joel Belloc were presented with the conceptual design for the renovation of the Eloy Public Safety Complex on Monday evening.

The conceptual design showed an aerial view of the site identifying key components along with floor plan options and a rough cost statement.

The rough estimation of renovation is $5,143,950 in addition to a potential 5-percent escalation.
