Development opportunities available in the Town of Superior

This is your chance to own a piece of Superior history –  and a critical first step to the Town’s overall development plan, says Town of Superior Mayor Mila Besich-Lira.

The Town of Superior is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to purchase the Belmont Hotel for the development of a business in the Town Center.  The Property is located on the south side of Main Street between Neary and Kellner Avenue. It is a well known former brothel in Pinal County and it is haunted. View the RFP.

Also for sale is the former Police Department and Town Hall for the development of a business on the Main Street.  The Property is located on the north side of Main Street west of the Town Center. Historically, it was a Masons building. View the RFP.

Proposals are to be addressed and delivered by mail on or before 5:00 P.M., August 31, 2018, at which time a representative of the town will announce publicly the names of those firms or individuals submitting proposals.
