Casa Grande Main Street hoping to break ground soon on sign park

Casa Grande Main Street is planning to break ground soon on a vintage sign park, which is expected to be a “catalyst” for activity in the downtown area.
Rina Rien, director of the organization, said the project to refurbish and display old signs from around Casa Grande is well ahead of schedule.
A $144,000 grant obtained last year for the project set a deadline of June 2019 to complete the park. Rien said organizers expect to soon finish design plans and go out to bid by construction companies.
