Civility sometimes appears to be a lost art, but a Pinal County forum held Thursday sought ways to address lack of manners.

Pinal County Town Hall’s annual meeting featured speakers and activities designed to start a discussion on discussion: namely, how to talk civilly with one another.

Keynote speaker Jerald Monahan, a retired Casa Grande police lieutenant and Pinal County sheriff’s chief deputy, said “just because someone has a different opinion than you, it doesn’t make them wrong.
