Neighbor asks voters to reject city’s new plan
A dispute about land included in the proposed Coolidge general plan that voters must approve or reject in November grew more contentious last week as Eloy officials publicly opposed the plan.
In a letter signed by every Eloy City Council member, Coolidge voters are urged to vote “no” on the general plan. The letter was written by Eloy City Manager Harvey Krauss with the intention of being included in the publicity pamphlet for the Nov. 4 general election.
