County wants ideas for lot of burned down elections building

Pinal County is asking for serious proposals for redeveloping the lot at Sixth and Main streets, across the intersection from Silver King Marketplace.

Pinal County is inviting developers and entrepreneurs to submit their ideas for redeveloping a lot on North Main Street that has been vacant since a fire five years ago.

The successful applicant will be required to sign a development agreement with Pinal County and the town of Florence. Pinal County, which owns the lot at 383 N. Main St., reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to negotiate the terms to protect the best interest of the county.
