249-lot Legado subdivision preliminary plat OK’d by planning commission

A preliminary plat for a Legado housing subdivision near the southwest corner of Sossaman and Queen Creek roads was approved Jan. 9 by the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission.
The request by Brytanni Hewson of Hilgart Wilson is for 249 lots in phase I of the 119-acre Legado subdivision.
The subdivision will have a 1.7-acre lake, Steven Ester, planner I, said at the Jan. 9 commission meeting.
