Pinal County property tax rate remains stagnant

It may not seem like much, but Pinal County made a small step in the right direction toward improving its reputation regarding property taxes.
After a 5-0 vote by the Board of Supervisors Wednesday, the primary property tax rate remained flat, but that still moved Pinal down one spot in the state rankings.
