McFarland gives updates about Casa Grande projects

Casa Grande Mayor Craig McFarland told Arizona City Chamber of Commerce members Tuesday that economic activity is on a fast pace.
“We’re crazy busy right now,” McFarland said at the chamber’s monthly luncheon. “We’ve got probably 20 different projects that we’re working on, some of them we can talk about, some of them we can’t. The biggest one is Lucid (Motors); we expect them to break ground sometime in late May or early June.”
He added that the project will add nearly 2,000 jobs and will impact everyone in the whole area.
