The Eloy Chamber of Commerce & The City of Eloy’s Community Planning Department, cordially invite you to join us to learn about the recently approved Main Street Arcade Renovation Project followed by the walking tour of the existing vacant buildings that front on both sides of Main Street (between 6th Street and Frontier Street.)
We want you to see our inventory of available properties and buildings.
We look forward to discussing the opportunities for new businesses in Downtown Eloy with you.
THE TOUR WILL BE HELD ON:
FRIDAY, May 3rd , 2019
8:30 AM – MEET AND GREET
9:00 a.m. > Main Street Arcade Renovation Plans
9:30 a.m. > Tour of vacant Buildings
501 N. MAIN STREET > (The Heart of Eloy building, corner of 5th street)
Complimentary “Breakfast on Main Street” – coffee, bagels, juice and bottles of water for the tour.
The “tour” will be self- directed you will receive a map of available buildings/properties with a data sheet that identifies the pertinent information of the properties.
City Representatives on hand to answer any questions that arise in terms of property acquisition, zoning, building code, property maintenance, construction, financing etc. We are also available to answer any other questions you may have about our Downtown.
