Coolidge Nikola plant lands in the top 20 deals by industry magazine
An industry publisher has listed Nikola Motor Company’s choice to bring its manufacturing plant to Coolidge as one of the most noteworthy business decisions of the year.
Site Selection Magazine, the official publication of the Industrial Asset Management Council, provides nearly 44,000 readers with information on expansion planning taking place on a national scale.
Published by Conway Data Inc., the magazine lists the Nikola site as one of the “Top 20 deals of 2019” among other major site selection agreements such as Amazon’s $2.5 billion deal in Arlington County, Virginia, and Apple’s $1 billion campus in Austin, Texas.
