Leach named Senator of the Year by state chamber

The Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry named state Sen. Vince Leach as Senator of the Year at its annual Awards Luncheon recently.
The chamber holds the event to honor and celebrate exceptional Arizona leaders and their achievements in policy, business and volunteerism.
According to a press release, Leach, R-Saddlebrooke, was chosen for his longstanding work with the business community, along with his constituents and all the people of Arizona. The chamber took note of his hard work on two big issues, the use of unused school facilities and the need for reform with the initiative process.
