Proposed Casa Grande theme park in limbo

Dreamport Villages may be dissolving into the desert.
In a letter to the city Planning and Development Director, Casa Grande Mountain Ranch Limited Partnership, states that it plans to restore the zoning on the 576.8 acres of property it had set aside for the Dreamport project.
However the broker for the land owner says that developers continue to work on making the proposed amusement park a reality.
