Fulton Homes celebrates model homes opening in Promenade

A new Fulton Homes community is celebrating model home openings in San Tan Valley.
Promenade, between Hunt Highway and Empire Boulevard, boasts sweeping views of the San Tan Mountains, resort-inspired amenities, walking trails, parks, aquatic center and quick move-in options, according to a release.
Within Promenade, three distinctive neighborhood series await buyers. The Calistoga, North Shore and Sonoran Coast series together offer 43 different floorplans, the release states.
New model homes, scheduled to open in February, highlight popular options. The Calistoga series features plans ranging from 1,595 to more than 3,050 square feet. These traditional family homes host a variety of room options to suit many different lifestyles. Fully decorated models include the Jerico, Fairwinds, Helena and Tamber Bey.
