The Planning and Zoning Commission gave the green light Thursday to Texas Roadhouse, a popular steak restaurant, and Salad and Go, a fast food restaurant.
The steak restaurant will be 7,570 square feet at 1910 E. Florence Blvd., south of Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort.
Commissioner David Snider voiced his concerns over the amount of traffic that would result on Florence Boulevard.
