Eloy council reviews study on public transportation

The City Council reviewed recommendations from the Pinal County Transit Governance Study Monday.
In 2019, Pinal County and the Central Arizona Governments authorized a transit study to evaluate several models as part in an effort to implement the Pinal County Regional Transportation Plan.
“I think we all understand that transit should be a component of our future at some point in time. It’s hard to say when that is but we certainly will have a lot of population and employment growth,” Community Development Director Jon Vlaming said.
