An assortment of Pinal County officials were among those who manned the shovels as ground was broken on Nov. 18 for the new 28,800 sq. ft. Arizona Farms Storage structure on Mitchell Trail just south of Arizona Farms Road in San Tan Valley. When completed in February 2015, the structure will offer 12 storage areas, each will 28,400 cu. ft. of space, that can be leased by both businesses and consumers.
“This facility will be ideal for area residents to store their RVs and other big toys. But it also can be used by contractors for storing their equipment between jobs,” said Tanner Garfield, project manager for Southwest Building Solutions, the firm constructing the building, in his opening remarks. “Such indoor storage space is highly needed as San Tan Valley continues to grow.”
