Cole provided a recap of the 2025 legislative session and Pinal Partnership’s Engagement Summary. The 2026 Legislative Session and Bill Tracking Review Process was discussed and shared via the following presentation.

- Proposing a Bills Task Force that will meet more frequently than our monthly meeting
- We will reach out separately to determine committee members that are interested
A joint Water Resources and Government Relations Committee meeting will be held February 24th at 8:00 a.m.
Craig McFarland shared the next Pinal Partnership breakfast will be held at Elements Event Center in Maricopa on February 6th and will feature an industry specific legislative update with a focus on water resources, energy, and manufacturing. Registration is now open on the event webpage:
