CAC board member decides to resign

CACNader cites health, saving taxpayer funds as reasons

Central Arizona College Governing Board member Rita Nader announced that she will resign from the board effective Dec. 3.

In a short statement addressed to the Pinal County Board of Supervisors dated Thursday, she cited a serious health condition and said she wants to save election costs for Pinal County taxpayers.

“It’s been a pleasure and an honor to serve on the board,” Nader said in her statement.
