Apache Junction City Council members, serving as the Apache Junction Water Utilities Community Facilities District board, approved increased rates in a tentative $6 million budget May 17. A public hearing and vote on the final budget is slated for a 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, water district board meeting at the council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
