Begay drops out of CD1 race
Throws support behind Sheriff Babeu

Arizona State Sen. Carlyle Begay has suspended his campaign and is throwing his support behind Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu in the race for the 1st Congressional District.
“It is time we all coalesce around one tested conservative to defeat the Democratic nominee in November,” Begay said. “Paul Babeu is a conservative we can all trust to represent the needs of Congressional District 1.”
