Tom O’Halleran
After losing Tuesday’s primary election by about 8,000 votes, Miguel Olivas said he won’t be able to support Democratic nominee Tom O’Halleran in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District race.
Olivas received about 41 percent of the votes, according to preliminary results from the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office and won a majority of CD1 votes in Pinal, Graham and Greenlee counties.
The Coolidge businessman said he was proud to have won a majority in his home county, where he narrowly beat O’Halleran by about 100 votes.
