A $360,000 Rancho El Dorado home on North Cline Court was the highest-priced house sold in the month of April, according to a market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service.

The 3,954-square-foot home was on the market146 days. The highest-priced house in March sold for $415,000 and was on the market 129 days. It also was in Rancho El Dorado. Continued
