Chamber welcomes new business to town

The old Tumbleweed Market off Sunland Gin road in Arizona City is going the way of the tumbleweed slowly with the move-in of Mama Cimino’s Pizzeria into the building and the subsequent renovations.
It played host to the Arizona City Chamber of Commerce luncheon last Tuesday, starting with the ceremonial ribbon cutting by the owner, Peter Cimino.
His family, originally from Freeport, Illinois, are a group of restaurateurs including three brothers who own various establishments from Illinois, to Las Vegas and most recently Arizona City.
“We bought this building for the location, because we came in here and realized Arizona City will eventually start developing quickly because of it’s location,” Cimino said during the luncheon.
