A cheese company based in Germany has acquired all the shares of Franklin Foods Inc..
Hochland took ownership of Franklin Foods, which operates a production facility in Casa Grande, this month, but the confidential terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
The deal is considered a “strategic step” by Hochland to further enter the United States cheese market, according to a press release.
