Despite opposition, San Tan commercial development approved

A new commercial development is coming to San Tan Valley featuring a controversial express car wash.
The development was approved at Wednesday’s Pinal County Board of Supervisors meeting. It will be located southwest of Golf Club Drive and Hunt Highway.
In addition to the express car wash, the project will also include automotive services, a child care center, a community service facility, a health care — possibly an urgent/emergency care — center, and a health and fitness facility.
