New Eloy City Hall project comes in under $10M; groundbreaking set

A guaranteed maximum price of slightly more than $7.6 million to build Eloy’s new City Hall was accepted by the City Council Monday.
The project is budgeted for a total of $9,935,715, and the builder, Core Construction of Phoenix, was approved for an amount of $7,616,161 to build the City Hall.
This means construction can start and the light at the end of the tunnel is finally becoming visible. A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for April 19.
