The evidentiary hearing on whether to appoint an interim manager of Johnson Utilities began Monday with opening arguments.
Pinal County, the town of Queen Creek, Florence, the Residential Utility Consumer Office and several Pinal County citizens are all intervening in the case.
George Johnson, Supervisors Steve Miller and Chairman Todd House, ADEQ officials, and many Johnson Utilities customers will all be testifying as witnesses.
