A February 2018 picture from the street shows the PhoenixMart project in it’s current state.
Planning commissioners and the public will have an opportunity to hear from the owners of PhoenixMart regarding some changes for a second property owned by the company.
Scottsdale-based AZ Sourcing, the parent company of PhoenixMart, is asking the commission to allow changes to the existing planned area development zoning of the old outlet center at Interstate 10 and Jimmie Kerr Boulevard to allow a variety of uses, including adding light manufacturing, outdoor entertainment and wireless telecommunications.
Additionally, the company is asking to officially change the name to CityGate and to change the name of the access road to CityGate Drive.
