Developers are preparing to break ground on a new mixed-use center featuring medical, entertainment and hospitality amenities in Marana.
The 21-acre project, at Cortaro Road and Interstate 10, sold its first parcel for $966,650 for construction of a 40,000-square-foot United Healthcare Micro-Hospital.
Other signed tenants include ATI Physical Therapy, Dutch Bros. Coffee and Serial Grillers.
